Building your credit with LOQBOX

When will LOQBOX report to the bureaus?

Payments made to your LOQBOX savings account are reported at the beginning of each month to the three major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax and Experian)

Please note, reporting is scheduled for the previous months payments made to your savings account with LOQBOX.

Which bureaus does LOQBOX report to?

LOQBOX payments are reported to all three major credit bureaus; TransUnion, Equifax and Experian.

For any assistance needed or questions concerning your LOQBOX account please visit their Help Center and FAQ’s here.

Financial Institution not listed when attempting to connect to LOQBOX?

We use a service called Plaid to connect to bank accounts. A connection to Plaid allows the system to verify and locate your LOQBOX savings loan payments.

Unfortunately, if your financial institution is not listed in the Plaid application when attempting to connect the LOQBOX feature, you will not be able to utilize that part of the Build It feature.

The LOQBOX feature is currently unavailable in Alabama, California, Delaware, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Missouri, New Mexico and Nevada.

If you live in any of these states, don’t worry, we are working on adding them to this feature in the near future.
