If you would prefer to send us an email, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure when submitting your request or email to us that you use the email address your Credit.com account is associated with.
If you submit the request through the form on our support page, you will receive an email confirmation of your request. Please be patient with us as it may take 1-2 business days for us to respond to your request.
Unfortunately we do not offer phone support at this time. Due to the small size of our support team, we wouldn't be able to accommodate incoming calls without long hold times for you and we don't want to keep you waiting on the phone. We can get you answers quicker through email. Email also allows for you to send us screenshots of the issues you are encountering or provide you with useful links to our site that may help answer your questions.
