Sometimes, users notice they are unable to enter their Social Security number when trying to create an account. This error has occurred when users attempt to access Credit.com from certain Android browsers. Although we generally support the use of Android devices when creating an account at Credit.com, if this happens to you, you should instead try to create your account from a desktop computer. We hope to expand our product in the future to support additional Android browsers, and we will be glad to let our users know if we ever create an Android App.
