How to Setup Build It

Now that you’ve got ExtraCredit®, it’s time to start using it. You’ll want to set up your account and activate your features. We recommend you start with Build It to report your rent and utility payments

Step 1

Log in and access your Build It dashboard

Once you’ve logged in to your account, navigate to Build It and follow the on-screen instructions to get started

Step 2

Add your rent and utility information

Next, we need a bit of information about your rent and utilities. Things like your address, payment amounts and some specifics about your landlord.

Step 3

Connect Your Bank Account

Finally, we need to connect to your bank account so that we can automatically detect and capture your rent payments. Don’t worry—your information is protected and secure.
